Our deep hole drilling services encompass a wide range of capabilities, from ejector and solid drilling to trepanning, offering both on-center and off-center holes. We accommodate ID sizes ranging from .984” to 8.00” ID in lengths up to 415”. This combination of diameters and lengths allows us to cater to a number of applications, including drill collars, drilling either from one side only or from both ends. Additionally, we trepan ID sizes ranging from 6.50” to 14.00” ID up to 200+” long. Our expertise extends across a variety of materials, ensuring we can meet the specific requirements of our clients’ projects.

With a combination of traditional and proprietary push and pull bore capabilities, HDH Instruments can support an extensive range of tube boring requirements. We can handle diameters ranging from 1.80” to 8.50” ID in lengths up to 45 feet, processing all different types of metals, ranging from carbon steel to nickel alloys. Common applications for this process are the manufacturing of stator tubes, blast joints, PBR’s, and tubing conversion of OCTG Casing / Tubing.
